- Built a Shopify-parity reporting suite (~10 management reports + live dashboard) and write-time bot filtering that removed ~23% inflated traffic from analytics.
- Ran production operations: Supervisor-managed Horizon queue workers, Redis and queue health monitoring, and 5-minute third-party health checks (Stripe, PayPal, Klaviyo) so third-party failures surface in minutes.
- Restored production within hours of a total hosting-provider outage via a same-day failover to a second cloud environment; led the permanent migration the next day — DR/BCP is now a day-one deliverable in how I run infrastructure.
- Onboarded two developers with least-privilege runbooks; ran a structured handover to my successor, who now runs the platform.
